Cat Street offers free shipping anywhere in Australia for orders over $150. Any orders under $150 will incur a $12.95 flat rate fee. We ship our products with Australia Post. Normal delivery time in Australia is 2-5 business days. Regional and rural areas may take longer. All our items are carried out with an authority to leave if there is a safe spot to leave at your address. Otherwise, it will be taken to your nearest post office for you to collect.

International shipping rates will calculate at checkout based on your location.

Care & Washing

Washing the Teddy Cover: zip off the teddy cover and wash on a warm gentle machine wash, hang to dry inside out. Do not bleach, iron, dry-clean or tumble dry.

Washing the Waterproof Lining (only wash if your cat has wet the bed): zip off the waterproof lining and wash on a gentle cold cycle, hang to dry in the shade. Remember to reassemble the bed with the waterproof lining to ensure your bed is protected.

Do not wash the memory foam pieces.

Return

You may return your bed within 14 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your order number on hello@catstreet.com and our team will give the return address to send your items back to. Please ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping to prevent any damages that you will be liable for. Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the bed and or cover must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
